I WILL CONTINUE TO DO MORE IN RURAL AND URBAN AREAS- GOVERNOR BALA PLEDGES AS HE BAGS TBS AWARD
Bauchi State Governor, His Excellency, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has reiterated his administration's keenness to providing citizens of Bauchi State with more dividends of democracy by executing developmental projects in urban and rural areas with a view to alleviate distress, poverty and joblessness for a better society.
Mohammed made this known today at the State House, Abuja where he was conferred with an Award of Excellence by the Best Strategic Media (TBS) in collaboration with the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, in appreciation of his hardworking, humane and selfless effort in service to humanity in the rural area.
Dedicating the award presented to him by President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR to the citizens of Bauchi State, Mohammed said it would encourage him to do more for the state hence the need to continue to support his administration's commitment to providing accessible and affordable healthcare delivery, good roads and quality education to both citizens in rural and urban areas.
Governor Bala was accompanied by the State First Lady and Founder of Almuhibba Foundation, Aisha Bala Mohammed, PDP Chairman, Bauchi State Chapter Alhaji Hamza Koshe Akuyam, Honorable Auwal Jatau.
Others were the Speaker, Bauchi State House of Assembly, Abubakar Suleiman and former Deputy governor, Alhaji Audu Sule Katagum.
