SUSPENSION LETTER
After an in-depth investigation regarding an allegation of gross misconduct against the NUBASS National President death and filed 31st March 2020, ranging from honesty, misappropriation, fraudulent and corropt practices, the conduct of nubass contitution engrained under article section 53 sub 1, 2 & 3 which states as thus: section 53....
1) an officer of the Union shall not put himself in a position where his personal interest conflict in his official duties and responsibilities.
2) an officer of the Union shall not do or direct to be done in abuse in office, any arbitrary act prejudicial to the provision of contitution.
3) an officer (s) of the Union shall not on behalf of the Union take unilateral desition or transect any business without approval of at least a simple majority of the exco members.
Learning upon the above of provisions, and all vows which the president took, sometime in March 2022, having been reneged, the president hereby SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY all shall within in 48 hours handover all documents pertaining to his office to the vice-president who is by low required as assume the office of President pending the finality of the case which shall be forwarded to relevant authority posthaste, the suspended president is,
